Crean Lutheran Servant Leadership Team exists to develop and deepen students' understanding of who they are called to be as true servant leaders, and peer role models both on campus and in the world, as modeled by the life of Jesus Christ. Through various opportunities both in theory and practice, we aspire for students to exemplify humility, Godly wisdom, innovation, competency, a learning spirit, and above all a heart to see others through Jesus’ eyes. Our servant leadership team consists of 12 elected officers and 8 commissions that allow for students to serve within their passion area while still being unified under one mission and vision.
SLT-ASB

SLT-ASB is a student leadership program for those who desire to serve, lead, and positively impact the campus community. Students in SLT-ASB are gifted in mentorship and leadership and play a key role in welcoming and guiding incoming freshmen through their transition to high school life. They support orientation-style events such as New Student First Day, Preview Day, and other activities designed to help new students adjust academically, socially, and spiritually.
In addition, SLT-ASB students help plan, promote, and execute school-wide events and activities that build school spirit and campus pride. Through hands-on leadership training, students learn leadership principles and apply them by engaging the entire student body through events such as Homecoming, Winter Formal, pep rallies, Blue Zone Madness, and other campus initiatives. SLT-ASB also includes students interested in running for class officer positions, providing opportunities to grow as leaders while serving the school community.
