Servant Leadership Team

Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity. 1 Timothy 4:12

The purpose of the Servant Leadership Team (SLT) is to train students, through theory and practice, in the various aspects of servant leadership. Those involved in the Crean Lutheran High School Leadership program will have tremendous opportunities to influence the life of their school, community, church, and most importantly, themselves. Leadership is not a responsibility to take lightly.  It requires many skills and the development of those skills is the primary focus of this class. The students involved in SLT are responsible for organizing all pep rallies, school dances, themed dress weeks, elections, lunchtime activities, Blue Zone activities, and so much more.

I joined the servant leadership team sophomore year and not only has it allowed me to be involved in the school, but it has taught me about myself, and how to interact with other Christian leaders . My confidence has grown tremendously from being part of the program and I feel great serving God and Crean Lutheran along with some of my closest friends I met through being involved.
