Student Data Verification Form

Please note, all senior activities, including graduation ceremony attendance, are subject to our Graduation Hold Policy. This policy states that if there are outstanding financial items, your student may not participate in any or all senior activities. Items that are prepaid may be non-refundable, depending on the vendor.

Crean Lutheran High School partners with The Commencement Group to provide families an option for purchasing leis and other gifts for graduation day. The link to place your pre-order for your student’s graduation lei, bouquets, and kuikui necklaces will be available soon. Purchasing from The Commencement Group is completely optional but does provide a convenient option for families wishing to purchase items for their graduates.

Pre-ordered flower leis will be distributed directly to the grads prior to the beginning of the ceremony. To retrieve other pre-ordered items, please stop by The Commencement Group booth located near the entrance of the venue. Items will also be available for purchase on the day of graduation.

The Graduation Fee is $100 per graduate and will be due in FACTS on September 1, 2024. This non-refundable fee helps offset costs associated with senior activities and essential graduation items such as the graduation ceremony venue, student stoles and cords, diplomas, transcripts, the Class of 2025 yard sign, the class panorama photo, and the Class of 2025 t-shirt.

Please complete your appointment as soon as possible. Your Senior Portrait must be completed by November 1, 2024 to guarantee it will be in the Yearbook. South Coast Photographic is our school’s official senior portrait photographer and your image must be taken by them to be published in the yearbook.

Mandatory Dress Code:
Girls: Blouse or sweater (with appropriate neckline). No tops that are low cut, strapless, halter or spaghetti straps.
Boys: Shirt and tie with optional jacket. Hair must be appropriate length.
