Grad Nite will be held at Disneyland on Wednesday May 31, 2023. If you have successfully completed your order form and payment for Grad Nite tickets, you should have received an email regarding important information about pick up and drop off time, expectations, etc. If you have any questions, please email slt@creanlutheran.org. Disneyland has a hard deadline for final numbers so please, do not delay as spots are limited!

Please complete this form by March 6, 2023 to reserve your tickets for Grad Nite on May 31, 2022. Tickets are $145.00.

Diploma Name Verification Form

Our Grad Fair will be held from on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Event Center.

At the Grad Fair, you will meet with your Herff Jones representative to get sized for your cap and gown and to order your senior spirit apparel, letterman jackets, rings, and more! View the Herff Jones Graduation Brochure for more information. This brochure has also been mailed to you. This Herff Jones Graduation brochure contains exclusive coupons and discount codes that are only valid in person at our Grad Fair .

As a reminder, all Class of 2023 graduates are required to purchase the Minimalist Package by Thursday, December 1, 2022. The link to purchase your Minimalist Package will be made live on the website the day of our Grad Fair! This package is $92.00 and includes the graduate’s cap and gown, a graduation DVD, and a panoramic photo of the Class of 2023. All payments are made directly to Herff Jones. If you would like to upgrade your graduation package, you can select from multiple other offerings.

Please also note that if you purchase Class of 2023 Spirit gear through Herff Jones, not all items follow our dress code guidelines and may not be worn during the academic school day.

Flowers and leis that were pre-ordered through The Commencement Group will be delivered to the ceremony for your convenience. Leis will be distributed to the grads prior to the beginning of the ceremony. Leis will also be available for purchase on the day of graduation. Visit this website to place your pre-order for your student’s graduation lei. All online orders will be available for pickup on-site the day of the graduation. To retrieve your order, please stop by our booth located conveniently at the entrance to the graduation before the ceremony begins.

$20 charged through FACTS. The records fee includes unlimited transcript processing of senior transcripts through Naviance.

Senior Packs are $45, and will only be sold to current Crean Lutheran High School Class of 2023 students with a valid Crean Lutheran student ID. Senior packs will be sold exclusively online. Information regarding pick-up will be announced later in the year.

The Senior Pack includes:

• Class of 2023 yard sign
• Senior class mug, lanyard, enamel pin, and silicone wristband.

All purchases are bundled as a package and cannot be sold separately. This package is non-refundable. Senior packs will be sold exclusively online from Friday, July 1 - Friday, September 30.

Senior portrait flyer

A Senior photo information packet will be mailed to your home. Make your appointment as soon as possible. You need to book your appointment by November 15. South Coast Photographics is our school’s official senior portrait photographer and your image must be taken by them to be published in the yearbook.

Mandatory Dress Code:

Girls: Blouse or sweater (with appropriate neckline). No tops that are low cut, strapless, halter or spaghetti straps.
Boys: Shirt and tie with optional jacket. Hair must be appropriate length.

Remember, there is a deadline for the yearbook images so please do not delay! For your convenience, we have pre-scheduled an appointment for you. You must keep your customer number and password to change your appointment, view proofs, and order online at: www.southcoastphotographic.com.
