mrs. aileen bailey- HEAD cheer coach
Mrs. Bailey has been a part of Crean Lutheran's culture for the past five years with this being her 2nd year as the Head Varsity Cheer Coach. In her first season Crean became the most decorated program at the USA Spirit Camp winning multiple team and individual awards. The program was able to bring spirit to every home football, boys basketball, and girls basketball game. This year already, the Cheer squad was awarded 3rd place at one of the largest most competitive USA camps in the region. Coach Bailey is most proud though of the spiritual development she has seen in her squad of Saints.
Coach Bailey is going into her 19th year of marriage with her husband James, and has 4 sons: Kingston (3rd grade), Krawford (6th grade), Kaiden (freshman), and Kenneth (senior) who both play for the basketball team here at Crean Lutheran. She brings a rich history of ministry and cheer to the school. Mrs. Bailey was a freshman captain and three year varsity cheerleader for Garden Grove High School. In 2004 she was inducted into her high school's Hall of Fame. Her team received a coveted Spirit award from UCLA during her junior year. Following high school she attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) where she studied visual communications.
For 14 years Mrs. Bailey was a stay at home mom to her boys, pouring her time and energy into caring for them while volunteering at the local schools. She is responsible for starting the first Irvine Elementary School cheer squad which birthed a trend of schools providing youth cheer as a seasonal after school program. In 2017, Mrs. Bailey traveled to Germany for ministry where she helped run a German youth cheer camp and choreographed a halftime cheer performance for a German professional basketball game. In addition to her work at home, Mrs. Bailey has been a dedicated Bible study leader, support leader, and speaker for Virtue Women's Ministry at her local church, Harvest Christian Fellowship Orange County, for the past 13 years. Mrs. Bailey is so happy and excited to be part of the Crean Lutheran family. Her heart for God and the people she has been able to serve is going to ensure our cheer squad's best success.

Sideline Cheer Team
Sideline Cheer Team
The Saints Cheer Program is a discipline of cheer that involves athletes in a scholastic setting who cheer in support of other sports, most often football and basketball. The sideline cheerleaders' primary role is supporting the other athletic programs through leading the crowd at games and pep rallies as well as promoting school spirit overall. The cheerleaders may also participate in competitions, performing a 2 1/2 minute routine composed of tumbling, stunting, pyramids, dance, and cheer segments.
