Youth Camps

This immersive program offers a dynamic environment where young performers can hone their skills in singing, acting, and dancing. Through fun exercises, rehearsals, and performances, participants will explore the magic of musical theater and cultivate their passion for the performing arts.

Dancers will work on technique and increasing flexibility in various styles of dance including ballet, jazz, lyrical, and more. Students will have a mini showcase at the end of the week.

This camp is designed to teach a student how to see God’s beautiful world through the lens
of his or her camera. Any camera will work: phone, point and shoot, mirrorless, or DSLR! Students will learn the basics of photography, including camera functions, composition, and styles of photography.

Dive into DIY creativity this summer! In this interactive camp, kids will learn several macrame knotting techniques and learn to make their own fun macrame creations to take home. Projects include: macrame rainbow wall hangings, macrame keychains, and more! An additional $15 materials fee is required.

This incredibly fun and competitive camp is designed for students to grow in their ability to speak boldly for Christ as laid out in 1 Peter 3:15 through the art of public speaking, communication, and argumentation. Students will learn an introduction to basic argumentative design, how to effectively use reasoning and logic, understand how to structure a speech, the art of ethos, pathos, and logos, and the ability to write and deliver a structured speech. Students will also participate in various speech and theater related games with peers to increase their social skills and learn the importance of vocal variation and body language in public speaking. An additional $5 materials fee is required.

This camp will give students an opportunity to participate in fun and engaging activities to improve both creative and academic writing. Students will work on organizing essays and composing thesis statements, in addition to collaborating with peers on poetry and short stories.

Throughout this week, curious students will become true scientists as they observe nature, participate in hands-on experiments, and document all that they learn as they explore the wonders of creation on a both microscopic and macroscopic level. They will learn the introduction to the scientific method, and how to apply it to various fields of science including biology, chemistry, physics, and astronomy! An additional $15 materials fee is required.

This camp introduces the students to the basics of constructing, programming, and competing with robots. The robots are made with components from Vex IQ. Students will need a laptop on Wednesday to begin programming.

Nothing beats the feeling of hitting a bullseye. The coach is a National Archery in Schools Program certified instructor and will help any level of archer gain great knowledge and love for the sport.

This camp will focus on different components of speed and agility that will transfer to all sports. We will work with athletes to focus on improving their speed and agility to gain an edge on the competition by developing breakaway speed and separation on the field, court, and ice.

This camp will teach sideline routines, turns, jumps, leaps, motion technique, and dance technique. There will be a showcase at the end of the week and campers will be invited back to a football game to perform with our spirit leaders on the sideline.

This camp will introduce young athletes to the sport as well as help experienced track and field athletes improve their skills in as many events as they would like! The track and field youth camp is held on a nine-lane, all-weather track.

Come and rejoice together in His beautiful creation out on the ocean with Head Varsity Coach and the Saints Surf team at Linda Lane Beach, San Clemente for our Saints Surf Camp this summer. You will learn proper technique, form, and ocean etiquette. Improve upon your skills and wave knowledge or come and learn for the first time. We welcome all levels of surfers to join in on the fun! Students must be ocean safe and able to swim. Campers should bring their own boards as we only have a limited supply for students to borrow. An additional $50 beach and materials fee is require.

This camp will develop and teach the proper technique of the forehand, backhand, volley and serve through a variety of drills and competitive match play.

Players will develop their soccer technique and tactics through a variety of fun drills, scrimmages, and activities. Players will also learn how to integrate faith and athletics, striving to be their best for God’s glory.

This camp will focus on fundamentals of throwing, hitting, base running, and defense. The goal of this camp is to make learning and competing as fun as possible. Coached by head coach Jake Haney, assistants, and current players.

This is a non-contact camp that will focus on individual skill development, proper technique, competitive drills and the importance of Christ-like leadership. Athletes will work on individual and group drills along with team concepts. The athletes will also learn the offensive and defensive schemes necessary for flag football games. Chalk talks and film review will be included in this year's camp. Head coach, Rick Curtis, Saints assistant coaches, & current Crean Lutheran High School players will be coaching the athletes. This will be a fun and competitive week expanding each girl’s basketball skills. It will be a great opportunity to build relationships and work with the Crean Lutheran basketball program.

This camp will focus on the fundamentals and developing proper technique of throwing, hitting, base running, and defense. Students will learn importance of Christ-like leadership on and off the field.

Join us this summer, at Saints Beach, for our first ever Crean Beach Volleyball Youth Camp! This is a great opportunity to learn the game of beach volleyball, work on your skills and experience what it's like to be a Saints Beach Player! Beach Volleyball is a fast growing sport and we are so blessed to be able to share our love of the game with you. God has blessed us with two beautiful sand courts with amazing views; we can't wait to see you there!
