Friday, November 14, 2025: Admissions Application Materials Deadline. All records, teacher recommendations, new student interviews and Learning Success Resource Program documentation (if applicable) must be submitted by this date in order to be considered for the first round of acceptances.

Monday, December 1, 2025: First round of admissions acceptances sent out on this date. After this date additional acceptances will be sent as space allows in the incoming class.

Application Process Next Steps:

After the application is submitted, you should complete the application checklist in your student's admissions portal:

  • Requesting Records: If you did not authorize a release of records when completing the application, please log in to your student's admissions portal checklist to print and fill out the Request for Records form and give it to your students current school. The records needed are transcripts, attendance history, discipline history, updated immunization record.
  • Letters of Recommendation: Submit the recommendation forms from your students' English and math teachers by logging into your student’s admissions portal checklist and entering the email address of the teachers. This will send the teachers the form and then it will be sent directly back to Crean Lutheran High School.
  • New Student Interview: Your student will need to complete a 15 minute new student interview with one of our Crean Lutheran staff members.
  • Immunizations Requirements: All students must be up to date and meet the California Immunization requirements  before their file can be reviewed for acceptance. Students with incomplete immunization records must provide documentation from your student’s physician indicating a schedule for completing the requirements by the admissions materials deadline. Failure to provide complete immunization records, or a schedule for completion, by the admissions materials deadline will result in your students file not being reviewed for acceptance. It is required that immunization records be submitted in English.
*Medical Exemptions: If your student is unable to receive vaccinations for a medical reason, please provide our Admissions Department with the medical exemption form issued using the CAIR-Medical Exemption website. Your student’s physician (MD or DO, licensed in CA) completes the form and submits it through the website.
